“I liked that it was close to the location I was visiting. The room was very comfortable and easy to get to, close the parking. I like that we didn’t have to pay for parking. It was included. I like that it was quiet.”

“I thought with the cost of the room it might include breakfast or other emmenities. Also there were additional charges added to my bill which I was not aware of.”

“Room is clean. The hotel is clean, morning breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it. Walking amenities to Meijer and Kroger as well some restaurants. Definitely recommend this place when needing a place at Lansing. ”

“Almost everything was great. There were only a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, we paid for 2 queen beds, but the beds were double. Second, the dishwasher was full and thirdly, the hotel supplied lotion had been used. Not new.”

“I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed”

“We were there for graduation weekend which meant surge pricing and apparently minimal housekeeping. Room was dirty upon check-in with toothpaste residue on the mirror and console, and visible ???? On the carpet by the windows. We returned at 4 pm the next day and housekeeping hadn’t been to our room. I called the front desk and they promptly sent someone up to refresh everything. That was great. But, for $1000 a night, we should not have this. I will check out the Marriott or somewhere else...

“Location was perfect right off highway, lots of food and stores around. Less that 10mins from the university. Room could use some dusting, faucet looked like it had some kind of water build up, just could be cleaner and more updated. Staff was friendly. One issue we had was that they made a copy of our credit card, had signature and id all our info. When asked why they needed, explanation didn’t really make sense so we asked for that copy back which after a bit of back and forth they gave to us....

“The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...

“We had issues with the room key but the front desk employee did her best to make it right for us.”

“Poor breakfast, who eats serials without milk… Oatmeal either undercooked or overcooked from day to day, slow refills of yogurt, bread etc.”
