“Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

“booked a single room for two nights. I stayed in room number 100 and had a 90 bed set in a corner and a view from the window right into a wall. Nothing like the room I had booked on the website. There was a smell of mold in the room and urine in the toilet.
