“The place was dirty had a smell to it. Furniture is all wore out. Sagging mattress. Couch was broken”

“Practical location. But for the price i paid it was not as expected. Very bad sound isolation. I got a bad rum against the Highway. Heard the traffic loudly. Also my room had a door to the NeXT room so i heard the people there loudly as well. ”

“Easy access to main highways and to the college campus. Entrance can be a bit tricky to find. Central to many restaurants and activities. Overall a good clean place to stay for the price!”

“Breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast. Everyday was a different build-your-own breakfast sandwich. Only complaint was the Nashville hot sauce was not hot! Nice variety of breads. Get there early for the best selection.”

“Did not pay for breakfast, nor did I use many of the amenities, however, this place still has the most fantastic indoor/outdoor workout room I have ever seen in a hotel. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Favorite place to stay in Baton Rouge. However, now parking is no longer free.”
