The Space:

This charming studio offers a bright and open living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The space features a cozy queen bed perfect for a restful night after a day at the beach and a functional dining area for your meals. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware to prepare your favorite dishes. Step through the sliding doors onto your private balcony, where you can relax on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. The bathroom is clean and practical, providing all essential amenities including hot water and a hair dryer for your convenience. Guests also have access to a refreshing communal pool within the building complex between april & october.



Guest Access:

During your stay you have full private access to the entire studio located on the first floor which can be easily reached by the building elevator. You are welcome to enjoy your own private balcony equipped with outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. In addition to your private space you have full access to the buildings communal swimming pool between april and october, which is a fantastic spot to unwind. The building is situated with direct access to the beach and you are just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Westende.

Nestled in the heart of Westende at Distellaan 8, this studio offers an unbeatable coastal lifestyle. You are literally steps away from the sandy beach, perfect for morning strolls or relaxing afternoons by the North Sea. The vibrant downtown area is just a short walk away, where you will find an array of local shops, charming cafes, and delicious dining options serving fresh Belgian cuisine. Whether you are looking for a quiet walk along the dunes or a lively evening in town, everything you need for a perfect seaside holiday is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting to our studio is straightforward whether you arrive by car or public transport. If you are traveling by train, the nearest major station is in Ostend, which is easily reachable from Brussels and other Belgian cities. From the Ostend train station, you can catch a frequent coastal tram that stops directly in Westende, just a short walk from our location at Distellaan 8. If you prefer driving, please note that while there is no private parking on site, convenient paid parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. The studio is perfectly situated for exploring the coast by public transport, with the tram line connecting you to all major seaside towns along the North Sea.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that check-in is available from 17:00 and check-out must be completed by 10:00. We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to respect our neighbors. Please be advised that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio, and we do not allow pets on the premises. The minimum age for booking is 21 years. While there is no private parking available at the building, you will find convenient paid parking options nearby. We hope you enjoy the communal pool and the beautiful beach access during your visit.
