The apartment features an open, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Priorato can accommodate up to 4 guests and is the perfect place to stay for a fun seaside vacation where you won't need your car as soon as you arrive!

The Space:
Priorato has a cozy and homey living room overlooking Westende's Rauschenberg Square. The living room is equipped with 3 leather armchairs, a dining table for 4 people and it has a flat screen TV. The sliding window towards the balcony with furniture can be placed completely open and as soon as you step onto the balcony you can enjoy a wonderful sideways sea view! There is always a pleasant atmosphere present at the Rauschenberg Square and in summer there is always something going on!

Furthermore, Priorato has a fully equipped kitchen with many appliances, including an oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen is new and modern with white kitchen furniture and a spacious worktop where you can easily prepare your own meal.

There are two bedrooms available, each with a double bed present and premium bed linen to ensure you have a great night's sleep.

The fully renovated modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and sink. A separate toilet is provided.

Once you arrive at the apartment everything is really within walking distance so you won't need your car throughout your stay. Ready for your vacation in Priorato?

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
