“The location is a great launch point to see smaller towns nearby. Middlebury is a nice town, the inn is charming with friendly staff and a great restaurant. The only downside is the restaurant closes at 8:30 pm however, much of Vermont seems to close down between 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm.”
“The room was large and spacious. There was no hot water. We ran the shower for 10 minutes hoping it would warm up and it was not quite tepid. Wasn't cold but certainly wasn't warm. Told the front desk and they stated that it was an ongoing problem with some of the rooms. The restaurant on the premises that we were looking forward to trying wasn't open the night we were there. Elevator could only be used accompanied by an employee. Needs many updates.”
“Absolutely gorgeous dream of a cottage. Homey, easily understood amenities, everything clearly labeled. Setting - magical. Lovely trails on the property. We had a great time and we would love to return!!”
“Loved the room, the beautiful courtyard with a firepit, the lobby with fireplace, the free breakfast and later in day, we found cider donuts by the front desk! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the free Tuesday/Thursday happy hour was wonderful!”
“The property itself in the rooms were pretty good. The staff was helpful. However, my biggest complaint is that it is not accessible with individuals who have disabilities.”
