“We loved the central location but there was a small bathroom with limited hooks and shelving for toiletries. Our room was a second floor walk up but the is a staff operated lift if needed. There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. ”

“Carol at the front desk was phenomenal. She offered to change the type of room when my son decided to join me. The breakfast was good. It was nice that the tv wasn’t on and blaring. The room was very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a built-in night light in the bathroom. ”
