“Great property with good facilities. Lovely quiet location and good access to King's Lynn and surrounding areas.”

“Great place next to nice pub with good food and beer. Plenty of off road parking, spacious and well laid out room with easy chair, desk chair, tea, instant coffee and pod coffee, biscuits and fridge. No breakfast, so take your own. No reception so be aware that you need to provide a mobile number in order to receive a digital key, or chack your emails for instructions on how to retrieve a key card.”

“Amazing little place, definitely worth the stop :) Room was comfy in a cozy little town”

“This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. “I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou”

“Next to a very busy, noisy road. Cobwebs in bedroom and bathroom plus a long dark hair on my hand towel, which I wiped on my face. The staff were very nice and the food was good though. I wouldn’t return due to cleanliness and noise”

“Great views and great restaurant, lots of parking and scenic river views from room and restaurant”

“Quaint old coaching inn set in a medieval village. Hearty full English breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. A good place to tour Norfolk from.”

“De gemeenschappelijke keuken was vies. De kamers gehorig. De douche had alleen stand heet. Verder goed geholpen online.”
