“A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft. ”

“There is no doubt that the hotel has been renovated to a luxurious, high standard and that the staff are well-trained and pleasant. And one of the charms of The Swan is that it is an old building with quirky staircases and little nooks and crannies. However, we were disturbed during the night by doors banging and people using stairs outside our room in order to access theirs. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow!
