âWe found this accommodation suited us very well for 4 days as a base for touring the local area. It was fresh, clean and confortable. The hot tub was very private and easy to set up. Off street parking was for our sole use and was immediately next to door and internal stairs leading up to property. âStayed on a sunday night we had an evening meal witch was very good.The staff were friendly and the room was excellent and very clean .Breakfast was freshly cooked with plenty of choice we would stay again.

Bed is good and firm.
But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains.
Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway.
Bathroom needs to be updated.
Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one.
Wall paper is coming off in the room.
No power outlets by the bed, not even usb.
Dirty windows.
I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it.
It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky.
A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs.
Positive:
Free parking and nice personnel in the morning.
I gave it two chances.
First time was bad, second worse.
Too bad because the location is quite suitable.
