The card reader was broken during check in so the manager had to take down our card number by hand. The toilet in the room was clogged when we checked in and maintenance was not available until the next day. They changed out room to another one because of the toilet, and there were spider webs in the window of the new room, a candy wrapper on the floor, a used bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo in the shower, a stain on the mattress, and an empty tissue box in the bathroom. Probably the dirtiest rooms we've ever stayed in with Hampton Inn. Expedia should refund the price of the room as we used our points for the stay.
