“I was on a cycling trip that ended in Galle. This property was perfect for a quick rest before heading to Colombo International Airport. The property was clean, I had a comfortable room with shower and there was a pool plus it was walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants.”

“Nice and comfy room. Beautiful garden with many beautiful birds and other wildlife.
Close to the beach. Plus is for the distance to Galle Road (which is very noisy).
The dinner was good, but far from great. The curry’s are way to salty. Same as for the breakfast (don’t try the chocolate pancakes).
Beautiful place and very friendly staff.
- Big minus for the hotels own landfill that you see if you take a walk outside the fences. They should really clean that up. Not ok!

“Rooms were very clean and spacious, Villa is located on a beautiful property. Access is very good for Galle city. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Galle”

“Lovely boutique hotel around 15 minutes drive from Hiriketiya. Staff were really friendly, the room was clean and practical (although we would appreciate more storage space). Very quiet away from the main road so you won’t hear cars beeping”

“Wir waren 5 Tage im Neem-Hotel und es war mit Abstand das schönste Hotel unserer gesamten Sri-Lanka-Reise. Madiha ist ein ruhiger, entspannter Ort – perfekt zum Abschalten. Für Advanced Surfer ist der Spot ideal.
Das Hotel ist in allen Belangen überragend: wunderschöne Zimmer, ein toller Pool und ein sehr stimmiges, hochwertiges Design. Die Architektur und Gestaltung der Schweizer Architektin und Inhaberin ist extrem gelungen und schafft eine besondere Atmosphäre.

“The place is difficult to find, after booking they should send an email with a map to get there. The room is basic but clean. Good size room and bathroom. There is a fan but not a/c and during the night it is quite hot. Only cold water. There is a mosquito net but it is too short so mosquitoes get in the sleeping area. Basic breakfast with bread, jam, bananas and tea. They could provide sri Lankan breakfast if requested. It is possible to use a sort of sun bed provided at the first...
