Dear Melissa,Thank you for taking time out to reply here. Providing clean rooms is our first priority at Knights Inn. We are working very hard and our housekeepers take their time to clean every corner of the room. I talked to the staff working on the day and he said your stay was good and you have got one of the best rooms at the property. You visited office couple of times during your stay but did not mention anything about dirty room to the staff. We will address this to our housekeeping staff .
