Built in 2022 the home is spacious with 3,500SF of living. There are 5 bedrooms (two are master-bedrooms) and 4 full bathrooms. One bedroom is located downstairs and the other four bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances.
As guests of the home, you'll have full access to the home.
You also have 2 parking in the Garage and 3 parking on the driveway.

I live nearby but won't be invading your space during your stay.

Welcome to our home! We're excited to have you as our guest and want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules:
1. No food or drinks are allowed in beds. We want to keep our linens clean and fresh for all our guests, so please enjoy any snacks or beverages in our designated dining areas.
2. Shoes off the beds. Please remove your shoes before climbing into bed. This will help keep our linens and mattresses clean and free from damage.
3. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to enter the property that will cause the maximum occupancy limit to be exceeded. We ask that you please let us know in advance if you plan to have any additional guests stay with you, and we will be happy to accommodate them for an additional fee.
4. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to ensure that all our guests and neighbors can have a restful and peaceful night's sleep.
5. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside and dispose of any cigarette butts or other debris in the designated outdoor trash bins.
6. No parties or events are allowed or fine $1000 and removed immediately from property. We want to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests, and any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. We kindly request that our guests refrain from playing loud music at any time during their stay. Please be considerate of our neighbors as well, and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
8. Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were your own. We kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it.
