This is a 3,000 sqft single-family residence, with a gated entrance with a front yard and backyard. The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a family room/extra bedroom with complimentary amenities for your convenience.

Our property is equipped with smart TVs in every room, including both the living room and bedrooms. We also provide many board games for you and your group to enjoy.

*Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.

*Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.

**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

***Trash Day: THURSDAY
Please help us on Wednesday evening to pull the trash bins to the curb.

***Street Sweeping: 2ND & 4TH FRIDAY

★We value cleanliness as our top priority to provide great experiences to guests while staying at our Airbnb. We hire professionals to Ozone Wash all linens and towels in our Airbnb for guests to use. Ozone Wash destroys spores, viruses, and bacteria and eliminates odors - meaning our laundry will be cleaner and fresher than traditional washing methods.

Very basic

Master bedroom did not have a bathroom attached, no bedding for the sofa bed, towels were very worn, not enough dishes and bath towels for the stated occupancy level. Rooms were clean, but all very basic. Game room was nice to have.

Know before you go

Not going to add a lot of fluff here. The property met the goal - it was central to our local activities for a large family of 8 - gave us a place to sleep and shower, didn’t do much hanging out there. Make sure to ask the exact address before booking - the house is right next to a major thoroughfare. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean but the furniture was worn out and the kitchen was minimally equipped to cook for as large of a house as it is. If you’re looking to sleep a bunch of people - it was great but not properly a place I’d hang out at all day especially since the host isn’t open to the guest having a gathering at the property.

Wedding Weekend

Property accommodated our whole family and some friends and was centrally located to all the wedding events.Updated kitchen and baths. Comfy beds and open common areas. We had some intense games of ping pong.

Good Place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at (host's name) place. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and public transport. (Host's name) was very friendly and helpful, giving us great tips and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
