15 - Bungalow with sea view in Riviera del Sol

Charming bungalow located in Riviera del Sol just 500m from the beach, recently fully renovated in a modern style with boho chic touches. Very bright, it offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an Italian shower, a bathtub and a separate WC, a beautiful fully equipped open-plan kitchen and everything you will need for a great holiday in the sun. Its good-sized terrace offers a dining area and views of the sea, the swimming pool and the magnificent communal gardens shaded by tall palm trees, which it has direct access to.

The residence has a common barbecue area, a tennis court (rackets available) and is close to the MAX beach beach club and a very lively area with restaurants, a park, a gym, several bars, supermarket, etc.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !

Appartement très sympa, très calme, vue agréable, bien équipé, et surtout très propre et très bien entretenu ! Bien placé, facile d'accès, une piscine très agréable, des parties communes bien entretenues, des chambres confortables climatisées et des salles de bain top niveau, un sans-faute !

Lovely holiday!

We have just returned from a week’s stay at Riviera del sol. The apartment is as described- it’s fantastic. Very clean and everything you need is at hand. It’s a really peaceful, chilled out area. Lovely gardens and very well kept. Location wise you definitely need a car. Riviera is lovely but there is not a lot going on. 3 or 4 decent restaurants and a handful of bars but it’s very residential. If you want peace and quiet it’s perfect. There are a couple of decent stocked supermarkets in walking distance too. I would definitely return! Please note the steps on the entrance are quite steep. Something to consider if you are struggling mobility wise.

Dejlig beliggenhed og godt hus

Huset lå rigtig godt med udsigt til havet. Stille or roligt. Dejlig pool og et pænt og velindrettet hus med nødvendigt "udstyr". Meget søde og venlige naboer.

Lovely property enjoyed stay

My husband and I stayed for one week at this property for a nice rest after a hectic two enjoyable weeks with family farther north in Spain. The view in the picture is exactly what you see from inside and sitting on the patio outside the sliding doors. We enjoyed our breakfast, each morning on the patio as well as reading a book or having a late afternoon drink enjoying the view. Was pleasantly surprised as space was larger than expected and the layout and orientation made it even seemed larger and lots of natural light. It was very clean and well stocked for dishes, glassware and cooking utensils if we decided to have a meal in. Jon, our contact got us situated, went over the operations of fans, heat pumps, etc. and for the most part had little difficulty. The grounds are well kept and the pool looked lovely even though we did not go in. However, we enjoyed the ocean view as well from the pool deck. The location suited us well, an easy 7 to 20 minute walk to the beach and access to a long primarily wooden boardwalk that was several kilometres long with a few bars and restaurants along the way, nice location for a drink and snack. We found three excellent restaurants and one excellent cafe within walking distance with the longer walks 10 or so minutes because we chose to walk along the boardwalk rather than take the road directions. It is also a good location to take day trips as two minute drive to get to road out of town.

Spring in Costa del Sol

Our first visit to the area and everything went so well. We were delayed in our arrival and Jonathan stayed up and welcomed us very late in the evening. The unit was spotless and well equipped. It is in a great location with easy walking for groceries restaurants and the beach with a wonderful boardwalk. Thanks to Jonathan and your team for great vacation!

Great location, beautiful view!

The location was perfect for our tennis vacation. The grocery store, restaurants and beach were a short walk away.The apartment was very clean and well equipped for cooking.The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. The patio with its ocean view, was a perfect location for morning coffee and evening dinners. When we first arrived there was an odour we were a little concerned about when we arrived. but after running the water, opening by the windows, along with adding cleaning products in the drains, it went away. Perhaps the drains were dry from lack of use. Overall this was an excellent vacation rental and we can’t wait to return.

Perfect break in the sun

Great clean bungalow with shared pool, close to bars and restaurants and easy to get to explore lots of different places - would recommend getting a car to do day trips / get from airport as the buses weren’t reliable. Great host too, overall a brilliant stay!
