Located along the sandy shores of Calahonda in Mijas Costa, in a delightfully peaceful pool and garden complex, this sea-view holiday apartment lets you relax close to the Mediterranean Sea without the usual crowds. The apartment is located on the third floor and benefits from lift access, making it child as well as elderly-friendly.

Guests can dip in any of the multiple pool apartments in the complex, one of which is also adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Besides this, they can soak up some sunny strolls in the common gardens of the complex or along the coastal path at the foot of the complex leading to Mija’s Costa pedestrian paths lined with beach bars, restaurants and coves of stunning beauty.

Inside, the spacious, light-filled and open living room comes with a flat-screen TV, comfy sofas, a direct gallery, as well as, kitchen-diner access. It has a splendid gallery/terrace with a dining setup surrounded on all sides by glass curtains that can be fully opened in summer and closed in winter without losing the sensation of being in the Mediterranean Sea. A dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, water heater and coffee machine are available, among other utilities.

The holiday home enjoys direct access to the beach and it is just a 10-minute drive away/30 minutes walk from the other famous sandy beaches and natural sites like Cabopino, Calahonda La Cala de Mijas and Dunas de Artola. Guests are within a 10-minute walking distance of amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, chiringuitos, bus stops and ATMs for a carefree stay.

The rental is a suitable base for golfers, Mijas is one of the most popular destinations to enjoy the sport and Cabopino Golf Club, as well as Miraflores golf course, is just a 10-minute drive from here. Apart from golf, guests can also visit inland Mijas and soak up peaceful strolls in the characteristic white-washed historical centre of Mijas. If you are a history or an art buff, then don’t miss out on the plenty of museums located dedicated to miniatures, Picasso, traditional flour mill, as well as historic buildings like the oval bullring and the parish church of Inmaculada Concepcion.
