Underbar utsikt!
Vi bodde i huset i 4 veckor. Hela mars månad. 2 vuxna, 2 tonåringar (14 och 16 år) 2 hundar. Fantastiskt hus med vackraste utsikten! Vägen ner till huset, ca 500m, är väldigt brant. Gångavstånd, ca 10-15 min in till Mijas centrum. Vi var där för att cykla MTB och utgångspunkten var helt perfekt! Endast några minuters cykling på bilväg sen ett helt paradis av grymma stigar och olika vägar upp i berget och till de olika topparna. Fantastiskt fina löpar-rundor från huset och mycket fina vandringsleder bara några minuter bort. Klimatet såhär års är perfekt, för oss som vill vara aktiva. Ca 18-15 grader, sällan regn. Vindstilla. Ca 10 min bilresa ner till Fuengirola och stranden. (Ca 150kr för taxi) Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Finca in an adventurous and beautiful setting
We had a very nice stay in a well functioning house, with two small dogs the steep garden and many stairs were a challenge, but we knew already when booking. The pool area and the lounge area outside the upper entrance were beautiful. From the outset cleaning was somewhat lacking, seemed as if the house had been empty for a while since last cleaning, and smelly pillows well over due date, got new ones during our stay. Challenging access road, but well managed with a decent car, and a healthy walk, 20-30 minutes to Mijas Pueblo. All in all, we were happy staying in the house and consider renting it again in the summer.

Prima compleet huis, alles er op en er aan. Prachtige locatie. Rustig en veel privacy. Aanrader. Wandelen naar het dorp is wel een uitdaging, weg loopt steil omhoog :-), maar wel te doen .

Great Villa in Mijas with all the amenities that you need in Spain
We had a great time in the villa with our two teenager daughters and my in-laws. Check-in was great (thanks Karin) and the villa amenities were top - Air conditioning in every major rooms (5), chef kitchen and 3 patios to enjoy while cooking tapas on the nice propano bbq. The access to the villa is a bit rock and roll but at least you are the last house on the street. Scenic view on the sea and the Mijas mountains. Walking distance from the village (steep path to get back to the national road); the only downside is that the pool needs some tiles refresh. Other than that, it is a 10/10.

Gorgeous but Hilly!!
Great comms from Hans and Karin from start to finish - very friendly but professional. Karin met us in Mijas and we followed her to the villa, which was helpful. I was designated driver but could not drive the last quarter mile to the villa. The road is so steep and not fully made up. There is a road up to the front door of the house but I haven't seen a steeper road in the UK, and it is only partially concrete. The villa itself is lovely - a real home from home, nicely decorated with everything you need. Great air con in most rooms (our bedroom didn't work), really comfortable beds, tons of crockery, pans and utensils. Fabulous. The best views from the villa as well - you can see for miles!! There are brand new sunbeds round the pool, but no cushions - slightly uncomfortable when lying there all day like us! And no parasols, which in the severe heat was tough. The shade from the trees just wasn't enough, but the villa is nice and cool. We tried to walk into town a few times, but even at 7pm, the heat and the sheer steepness of the road made it virtually impossible. I know the taxis will come, but we weren't confident ringing them and being clear where to come. Overall, although there were pros and cons, we loved the place and loved our stay. Just go in knowing it's down a VERY steep slope. It's also 55 steps from the pool to the villa.

2 fantastische weken
Wij hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in het huis. Heel fijn huis, en alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. We hadden wat geluk dat het elke dag 25-30 graden was, waardoor ook het zwembad warm genoeg was. Het weggetje van en naar het huisje is erg stijl, maar goed te berijden. Zeer veel mooie zitjes om elk moment van de dag in de zon of schaduw te kunnen zitten. Het aantal trappen van het huis naar het zwembad is best even klimmen, dus voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn of hele kleine kinderen, misschien wat lastig. Malaga, Marbella en andere strand locaties zijn snel te bereiken. En via de grotere wegen ben je ook met 1, 5 uur bijvoorbeeld in Granada. Ook de beheerder Karin was fantastisch en heeft ons super geholpen met onze vragen. Wij raden het huis van harte aan!

Ein wunderbares, charmantes Haus, von dem wir uns nur schwer wieder getrennt haben
Ein wunderbares, charmantes Haus, von dem wir uns nur schwer wieder getrennt haben. Der Ort Mijas und der Fernblick von der Veranda sind unvergesslich. Der Pool war, auch wenn Anfang Oktober bereits etwas kühl, das Allerbeste am ganzen, kein Wunder, bei vier Wochen Sonnenschein! Die reichhaltige Küchenausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen, außer vielleicht: ein Backofen statt einer Back-Mikrowelle. Dass 50 Stufen zum Pool führen, ist sportlich und dient der Gesundheit. Dass aber die Stufen von der Küche zu den zwei unteren Schlafzimmern in ein enges Loch gehauen und völlig unterschiedlich sind, ist für ältere Menschen sehr gefährlich. Das dritte Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht gut nutzen, wenn nachts eine Toilette gebraucht wird, der Zugang zum Bad führt durch das zweite Schlafzimmer. Das untere Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad lässt sich eigentlich auch nur von einer Person nutzen, weil eine zweite Person aufgrund der engen, wackeligen Matratze ständig gestört wird, wenn sich die andere bewegt. Die Türen im Unterbereich müssten dringend abgeschliffen werden, weil sie beim Öffnen und Schließen starke Geräusche verursachen. Die Klimaanlagen sind ohne Erkältung nicht zu betreiben, weil sie direkt auf die Betten gerichtet sind und nicht abgestuft arbeiten. Die Außenmöbel sind sehr bequem, die Liegen hervorragend, das Bale-Bett traumhaft, aber sehr verdreckt. Die drei Sessel im mittleren Gartenbereich waren so schmutzig, dass sie nicht benutzt werden konnten. Der riesige Garten war, der Jahreszeit und dem Wasserproblem Spaniens entsprechend, stark vertrocknet. Der DVD-Spieler funktionierte nicht, und der Staubsauger war unbenutzbar wegen fehlender Beutel. Vor der Anfahrt vom Berg herab muss tatsächlich gewarnt werden, wer nicht absolut nervenstark und bergerfahren ist, bekommt an ein, zwei engen Felsenabgrundkurven ohne Seitenschutz Horrorzustände, wenn ihm einmal jemand entgegen kommen würde und er zurücksetzen müsste. Für andere ist die Strecke sicher eine lustige Herausforderung. Die geäußerte Kritik richtet sich vor allem an den Besitzer, es gibt ja immer etwas zu verbessern, aber unser Urlaub hier war insgesamt einmalig schön.

Splendide!!!
Cette maison est vraiment très belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine et les extérieurs sont exceptionnels. La propriété à l'intérieur et à l’extérieur est très propre et très soignée. Les différentes vues sont très agréables. Le chemin est sinueux mais le calme de la maison vous le fait vite oublier. Mijas est un village magnifique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa.

Wonderful place to stay. A real treat.
This place really is as good as the photographs show. In fact, they do not really show just how many viewpoints there are on the property. Check in was very clear and we were met by the fabulous property manager Karin (we got lost and she was very patient). Place was immaculate. There is everything you need for a week or more self catering. The wifi is very good which was great for my kids! I would not say this property is suitable for those with mobility issues. The steps everywhere would not be for everyone I would say. In addition, the road out of property into the village is steep (again, just for those with mobility issues) but the local taxi firm is inexpensive and very reliable. We had some wonderful meals in the village. Thank you to Hans and Karin for an excellent stay. We made lots of happy family memories in the pool ha!

Helt fantastisk nydelig plass. Huset er smakfullt og praktisk innredet. Hagen har flere plan med flere sittegrupper i sol og skygge. Avsides, omgitt med natur og rolige omgivelser. Både voksne og barn har storkost seg. Nødvendig med bil.

Beautiful villa in a brilliant location
This villa is an absolute delight which I can highly recommend. First of all I cannot fault the communication from Hans leading up to our holiday and Karin, who is the house keeper was brilliant so nice and helpful! The Villa itself is a dream, the pool is massive, there are multiple places to sit during the day and look out at the stunning views and everything was clean and tidy. Mijas which is a stunning picturesque little town is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops and restaurants.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Finca.
Ein sehr schönes Haus in absolut privater und abgeschiedener Lage. Trotzdem ist der Ort Mijas leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen ist! Trotz kleiner Abstriche würden wir die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten! Die Hausbetreuerin Karin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Die Finca ist total schön und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gab nichts, was wir während des Aufenthalts vermisst hätten. Die Aussicht ist einmalig und es gibt etliche Plätzchen zum Verweilen. Der Pool war größer als gedacht und war immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Die Bilder sind sehr realistisch. Housekeeperin Karin war mega nett, antwortete rasch auf unsere Fragen und half bei allen Anliegen die wir hatten sofort. Die Anreise ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber selbst mit großem Auto ist es kein Problem und man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran. Wir würden wieder kommen und können die Finca zu 100% empfehlen!

Located at the end of a steep road, very private and nice views. Might be better in the summer, it was mostly chilly during our end of the year visit, so the many outdoor spaces were not that useful and had to keep the heaters running indoors. Furniture could use an upgrade.

Beautiful old farm house in quite surronding. My family spent one week and I with our dogs 4 weeks. Perfect for my perpose. The villa is situated at the end of a very steep road. Walking to Mijas Pueblo is about 10min. Taxi costs only 4-5 €. Having a car is there I think is nessary. Horses across the house, very nice. Two bedrooms down stairs and one above. Many stairs and Beautiful terraces around the house. Gardener/ pool man come 2 times a week otherwise You have a very private place. Will go again!

Tranquille
Havre de paix avec mobilier un peu vieillissant (transats, piscine) mais génial pour faire le plein de tranquillité et de soleil. Si le chant des cigales vous importune, passez votre chemin. La route d'accès peut effrayer mais on s'y fait. Proche de très belles plages, c'est un atout. Merci à Karine pour son accueil et sa bienveillance. On recommande!

Wij kunnen het huren van dit huis van harte aanbevelen. Het is een prettig huis met hele mooie buitenruimtes. Maar wat dit huis echt heel bijzonder maakt is de prachtige, sprookjesachtige ligging. We konden onze ogen er niet vanaf houden.

Très bien, je recommande
Superbe villa dans un environnement magnifique. Les vues sur la mer depuis les différentes terrasses sont très belles. La Piscine est très grande avec beaucoup de transats et d'espace. Attention toutefois, l'accès à la villa est assez raide avec une partie du chemin non goudronné, ça se fait en voiture mais il faut rouler doucement. Au niveau emplacement, c'est très proche du magnifique village de Mijas (5min en voiture) avec beaucoup de restaurants commerces à proximités et à 15/20min de la mer. Je recommande.

Bonita casa en el campo
Casa preciosa, con multitud de lugares donde poder cenar o comer con vistas al mar y al campo. La piscina es realmente grande. El único punto negativo es que al estar en mitad del campo hay muchas avispas e insectos que caen a la piscina. La entrada a la casa también es complicada, con una serie de cuestas pronunciadas para entrar en la urbanización. Por lo demás casa increíble, con aire acondicionado, muy grande (mejor para varias pareja o familias) vistas peciosas.

Wunderschöne, ruhige Finca
Wir haben mit 4 Personen 9 Tage in dem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Man konnte bei den kühlen Temperaturen im Januar sehr gut heizen mit den Klimageräten und mit einem schönen Feuer im Kamin. Die Finca liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse , daher ist es wunderbar ruhig. Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran und sie ist mit jedem PKW gut befahrbar. Es gibt sehr viele Treppen und überall auf dem Grundstück sonnige Plätze zum Verweilen. Mijas ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen oder in der wärmeren Jahreszeit für einen Strandurlaub.

Highly Recommended
Visited in September 2019 for ten days. The finca is just off a main road and down a steep hill so a car is recommended. However it’s very spacious and has a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. There’s also a washing machine and the Wifi connection was excellent. There are two bathrooms, one ensuite. It had everything we needed. The finca has several terraces that you can sit out on at night – we used the highest one with the best views across the valley to the sea and upwards to Mijas and the mountain behind. It’s very quiet and peaceful, just off the beaten track. We received excellent directions and on arrival were met by Karin at the BP station who took us to the finca and showed us the ropes. We had a great holiday and highly recommend this finca!

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen. Tolle Lage! Absolut Privat da keine direkten Nachbarn. Der Pool ist uneinsehbar. Wir haben die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Stunning Views
The communication with Hans and the housekeeper Karin during our booking process was excellent. The Finca has spectacular views and is a very large property over several levels of out door space. For people with walking difficulties or small children the steps to and from the pool area could be challenging, also the walk from the property to Mijas Pueblo is in the region of 30 minutes in the heat and is very step in places. However we were a group of 4 adults ageing between 45 yrs and 65 yrs and we managed a 10 day stay with no car rental as the taxi service recommended by Karin was cheap and efficient and the walk didn't kill us. The pool area was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and we had ample kitchen equipment and utensils for all our catering needs. The upper terrace area off the living room was a total joy to sit in of an evening with a glass of wine taking in the beautiful views. Would we go back for a second visit.....YES

Fantastische Finca met heerlijk zwembad in Mijas
Ruime vakantie woning met alles er op en eraan. Erg gezellig ingericht. Fantastisch uitzicht over groene heuvels en in de verte de Middellandse zee. De woning ligt onderaan een bergweg en geeft daardoor heel veel privacy. Met de auto overigens prima bereikbaar. Te voet een aardige klim naar boven. Het huis zelf heeft verschillende terrassen wat het erg speels maakt. Voor minder validen niet echt geschikt. Heerlijk zwembad en een mooie groene tuin. Mijas is een heel leuk en authentiek berg dorpje met voldoende restaurants en terrasjes. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de mooie steden in Andalusië. Wij hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad!

Schöne Finca, sehr ruhige Lage (etwas steiler Weg dahin, aber man gewöhnt sich dran). Wunderbare Aussichten, viel Platz (bis zu 6 Personen), schöner Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche. Ort Mjas nur 5 Min (Auto) entfernt mit schönen Restaurants und Cafes. Gerne wieder.

So nah und doch so idylisch
Wir waren zu fünf Erwachsenen drei Wochen in dieser schönen Finca untergebracht. Die Finca, typisch spanisch, mit allem was man benötigt hat uns in ganzer Linie überzeugt. Lage (spannende Anfahrt), Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Housekeeperin war auch bei Anliegen gleich greifbar. Das wunderschöne Dorf Mijas war in 15 min zu Fuß und in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zuerreichen. Durch den heißen Sommer waren auf dem Grundstück ein paar Pflanzen verdört und in den Ecken des Grundstücks lagen ein paar unliebsame Dinge rum. Das waren aber auch die einzigen Dinge, die uns gestört haben. Also Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir würden das Haus an 4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder oder auch 2 Erwachsenen mit max. 4 Kindern weiterempfehlen. Deswegen, weil das zweite Bad an eines der Schlafzimmer anliegt. Für uns 5 Sterne und wir würden uns freuen nochmal wiederkommen zu dürfen!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Finca in traumhafter Lage.
Wir haben uns ihr sehr wohl gefühlt, es war die pure Entspannung von der ersten Minute an. Der Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und den Ort Mijas ist einfach phantastisch. Die Finca hat alles , was man braucht- die vielen kleinen und großen Terrassen bieten gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, der Pool ist noch ein Highlight, um einen entspannten Tag in der Sonne zu genießen. Das Dorf Mijas hat ein ganz besonderes Flair mit wunderschönen kleinen Gassen und gemütlichen Restaurants. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher reisen.
