There are many restaurants and activities in the area. It's the perfect location to enjoy the sun, sea & mountains, at any time of year!

Layout:
Set over 2 floors, you will marvel at the exceptional details and design of this villa, with stunning views, across the mountain to the sea. This house is perfect for a short or longer stay, as it is fully equipped with everything you might need, including high speed internet.

There are two double bedrooms on the lower floor, plus a wet room (shower room) & toilet.
The master bedroom has an extra large bed and en-suite bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower.

The large kitchen includes all amenities plus an italian coffee machine, dishwasher, gas hob, kettle etc. We provide coffee beans, tea, and basic condiments as standard.

The kitchen opens into a separate dining room, and also to the BBQ area outside. There is one large stone barbacoa, and an additional portable Weber BBQ at your disposal - perfect for outdoor cooking!

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
One bedroom has two single beds, and the other a double bed. Both have access to a large terrace, with panoramic views - the sunset is beautiful.

The living room is the center of the house, with a log-burning fire; perfect for cosy winter stays. There is even a smaller separate TV room alongside - ideal if some of your group want to watch a movie whilst others want to relax in the living room, without disturbing each other.

All bedrooms are luxuriously designed, with premium bedding and mattresses. And for your convenience the villa has a washer and separate dryer.

Outside, the pool has 8 sun-loungers (pool towels provided) and there's a ping pong table too. It is heated to 25 degrees between End October - Early May.
The terrace has multiple dining and seating areas, and the wooden beams, views and lighting make it the perfect place to enjoy long lunches or dinners, with friends and family.

Located just outside popular Mijas Pueblo, we recommend you have a car to make the most of the beautiful location in the mountains. The large driveway can easily accommodate several cars.

The beach is around 10 mins by car and Mijas Pueblo with countless restaurants/bars/shops is <5 mins drive. Taxis are plentiful and there is a bus stop nearby .

In the local area you can enjoy: water-parks, watersports, golf courses, shopping malls, playgrounds, zoo's, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, adventure parks, mini golf and so much more.
