Welcome to our stunning 2-bedroom luxury apartment in the exclusive La Cala Resort, Mijas. Beautifully designed throughout, this stylish home combines modern elegance with comfort, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing Costa del Sol getaway.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling patio doors, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. Large patio doors open onto an exceptional and large private terrace, thoughtfully designed as an extension of the living space. Modernly furnished throughout, the terrace features stylish lounge seating, an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill available for guests to use, making it the perfect setting for al fresco dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. From here, guests can enjoy picturesque views across the communal pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, and the golf course and Mijas mountains beyond.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in two generously sized bedrooms. The luxurious master suite features a super king-size bed, premium linens, a private en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, also dressed with high-quality linens. Both contemporary bathrooms feature large walk-in rainfall showers.

The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, while a separate enclosed utility area provides added convenience. Fast high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, making it ideal for remote working, and the living area features a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services for relaxing evenings in. Air conditioning and heating throughout ensure year-round comfort.

Guests have access to the beautiful communal swimming pool and gardens, as well as a private parking space in the secure underground garage.

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and private balcony. The garden and pool is shared with other residents and guests. There is a parking space allocated for guests within the secure underground parking garage.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Please note that the apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. There is lift access from the parking garage on level -0. However, there are several steps down to the pool with no lift access, and it may be unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.

Check-in to this property is from 3pm via a personal Meet & Greet service. Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge will apply.

Pool/beach towels are available to rent upon request. An additional charge applies.

A baby travel cot and a high chair are not available at the property, but may be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge applies.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
