The bedroom has a comfy double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. With direct access to the terrace from the bedroom, it’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee!

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious evening meals or midday snacks! The bathroom is spacious and boasts a shower and a bath - perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day playing golf or exploring the area!

The stunning pool area is a highlight, inviting you to cool off in the large pool or lounge in the sun while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

For those of you who wish to stay active, there’s also exclusive access to a gym and a sauna for the ultimate relaxation after a workout.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll to last a couple of days - ideal if you are too busy enjoying yourself to shop!

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. The garden, pool, gym and sauna is shared with residents of the building. There is an allocated parking space for your use only.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
