We are really pleased that you enjoyed the view, it is something we always look forward to on our visits! We're also delighted that the apartment was well prepared for you. We are fortunate to have an excellent management team including very thorough cleaners. We're sorry that you found the trip to the pool a trek. The pools are beautiful but there is a 5 minute walk to get to them. It’s possible that the community will be building a footbridge to shorten this walk in the future but for the moment that is the situation. We thought that in our description we had made it clear that the nearest shops were in La Cala, about 10 minutes drive away, but we will look at that again to see if we can make it more obvious. Our apologies if you believe you were misled. Our view is that the journey to La Cala is a small price to pay for the brilliant location of our apartment! Your comments on the noise from the apartment above us is a big surprise. We were aware that there was a change in ownership at the start of the year but we have had many guests since then and none have commented on being disturbed by them. We were there for a week at the start of August and there was absolutely no problem. We have contacted the family who stayed for two weeks immediately before us and they also had no problems. We are returning at the end of October for 10 days so will be able to check for ourselves again. We will also ask our property manager to ask future guests if they have had problems. If it happens again we will contact the apartment owners and if necessary the community Administrator. Hopefully this was an isolated occurrence but we are really sorry that you experienced it.
