Great apartment and beautiful location!
This was the perfect place for two of us to stay. Very peaceful area with good location near to busy areas if thats what you want. We would completely recommend this place and our host who kept in touch perfectly well. I think we will definitely be back!

Great Holiday
We had a terrific time on the costa del sol, in large part due to the terrific property in Mira Flores. Bertrand and his wife were very responsive and met us when we checked in. I would highly recommend this place - great location.

Fantastic Apartment
Had the most amazing two weeks in this lovely apartment. Waking up to the view every morning was an added bonus.The urbanisation was kept spotless great security. The apartment has everything that you needed. The owner was great just a phone call or WhatsApp away nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is close by to La Cala which is a beautiful place with some great restaurants and plenty of beaches close by. Marbella is just a 20 minute drive away and Fuengirola 15 mins away. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds and really friendly owners

Ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment genossen. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet, überkomplett ausgestattet und liegt etwas abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Neben dem super Ausblick sind die gute Kommunikation mit Bertrand sowie das Hundeverbot in der gesamten Anlage besonders hervorzuheben.

Miraflores
Property is very well equipped, Bertrand was very helpful and friendly. Property has stunning sea views and perfect for a quiet getaway. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, the area is quite hilly so a car is preferable. Would really recommend staying here we had a lovely holiday.

Apartment in schöner Lage und grandiosem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und Gibraltar!
Wir waren für 8 Wochen in diesem Apartment; alles ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und vorhanden. Die sehr schöne Couchecke zum relaxen ist über die Jahre zum sitzen zwar etwas unbequem geworden, dafür ist der Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und Gibraltar einfach herrlich. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der A 7 sind alle Ziele gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Bertrand für seine fürsorgliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic Apartment
The owner Bertrand met us at the property with the keys and showed us how everything worked. We had a fabulous month’s stay, the property was very clean, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could need to cook a full meal, the shower was very efficient and lovely hot water. We used the washing machine, which was very handy as we stayed so long. The property is in an ideal location, 10 minute walk down the hill to the bus stops, the bridge to cross over to the beach and promenade. An ideal location 30 minutes walk left towards Cala de Mijas and 30 minutes walk right to the port. Bertrand was so lovely and very helpful, we would definitely stay here again. One of the best well equipped properties we have stayed in, the sun loungers in the garden were lovely as the property has a south facing garden and gets sun all day long. Sea Views are amazing with views across to Gibraltar on a clear day.

Everything about this property was amazing. Everything you needed was there.
Bertrand and his wife were lovely hosts. The only thing I would say is that a car is essential unless you want to use taxi's as it is on quite a steep hill. Pool area was brilliant too. Thanks again Bertrand.

the apartment was absolutely great, comfortable and had all the amenities required to feel just at home. Un havre de paix
L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et meublé et très calme avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et Gibraltar. La cuisine est très bien équipée et agréable. La résidence est calme et il est possible de se garer facilement. Bertrand est attentionné et à notre écoute. Un havre pour se reposer que nous recommandons chaudement.

Très agréable séjour
Excellente localisation ! condo très bien équipé et impeccable. Le proprio Bertrand était très disponible et nous a fournit de nombreuses informations sur les endroits à visiter, les restos, golfs etc. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

Bel appartement spacieux, bien décoré et bien équipé conforme à la description. Environnement calme, piscine agréable. Le petit jardin, bien que partagé, est très appréciable avec transats et belle vue.

Home from Home
Exactly what it said on the website. Excellent facilities and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook a meal. The bed is very comfortable so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. The owner was brilliant and if you had a problem it was sorted out very quickly.

Lovely cosy home away!
We had a lovely week in Miraflores. The house is in immaculate condition with very comfy beds and towels. It's far enough from main road (A7) to not hear anything at night, yet only 2 minutes away from the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The (shared) garden offers ample space and has two private sun beds and a stunning view. The owner was very responsive and kind, both beforehand and when we had a question during our stay; despite him being out of the country at that moment. Excellent experience. We would definitely recommend this place as well as the owner.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im EG mit Garten und Meerblick
Wir haben 6 Wochen in Betrand's modern ausgestatteter Wohnung verbracht. Alles in einem Topzustand und der Meerblick reicht von Gibraltar bis zur marokkanischen Küste. Die Urbanisation Miraflores ist sehr gepflegt und zum Meer ist es nicht allzu weit aber steiler Weg. Die Autobahn 7, ca. 500 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt aber weit unterhalb, ist manchmal etwas zu hören, bei entsprechender Windrichtung fast gar nicht. Bertrand ist sehr fürsorglich und kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Er kaufte eine neue Waschmaschine, da die alte nicht mehr richtig funktionierte. Als Vermieter ist er beispielhaft. Wir habe unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Contemporary apartment with stunning views
Bertrand was a really helpful host who met us for an early check in start of our vacation. The standard of the apartment was good and quality of the fixtures and fittings excellent. We were pleased with the on site pool area and pool bar is a nice touch. The area was very nice well kept with good pathways for walking down to the beach. The walk is ok but can be a struggle of you have small children especially going back up to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped however could have done with a few more cleaning products for washing dishes, wiping down worktops etc. English TV channels not always possible and limited. Overall a good place to stay.

Magnifique appartement dans une région splendide
Que dire quand on est amoureux de l'Andalousie ? Appartement très bien situé avec tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Rez de jardin magnifique pour profiter du soleil. Le soleil est présent de midi jusqu'à son couché. Appartement très propre et moderne. Le propriétaire, Bertrand, est à l'écoute, il aide, donne des conseils et est très accueillant. Un appartement à recommander. A coup-sûr, j'y retournerai.

Beautiful apartment
The spacious lounge with leather sofas, English Tv channels and air conditioning provided a home-from-home feel for our 3 week stay. The kitchen was well equipped should you wish to cook. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle and hot water was readily available. The bedroom was comfortable with loads of wardrobe space and a safe which was useful. We enjoyed the garden with its stunning views and peaceful ambiance. The pool was never really busy and we always got a sun lounger. The water was warm and clean. The pool bar served a few snacks like toasties and baguettes but was adequate for brunch. Bertrand (our host) was so helpful when I lost my engagement ring and dismantled the bedroom furniture and persevered with the search until we found it! The apartment is situated on a very steep hill and your leg muscles get put to the test! A 15 minute walk takes you to the board walkway where you can turn left which takes you to La Cala Mijas ( a further 30 minute walk) or turn right and the port of Capinbino can be reached if you walk for 1 hour. The beaches are a mixture of sand/shingle and some rocky and are busy with local families at the weekends. We enjoyed our stay and could recommend the apartment if you’re considering the area of Miraflores.

Our overall experience was terrific😎 It all started with Bertrand meeting us at an agreed time and showing us the workings of the apartment. He was very happy to recommend local restaurants and places of interest and even texted us details of restaurants further away in Marbella. There were maps etc available in the apartment and Bertrand was only too happy to help with any of our questions. Our first impressions of the apartment were that it was definitely 5* ..... everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The quality of the whole interior was definitely the best we have come across and we have been renting apartments in the area for the last 10 years. The bedroom was a cool, calming retreat from the hot Spanish sun. The kitchen had only top quality appliances and kitchen wear. The living/dining area was relaxing especially for a long, lazy lunch or just to sit with a cooling glass of beer or wine and admire the magnificent views down to the sea and on to Gibraltar and Morocco. We also loved the fab pool area with it's own bar which also served food. We had a fabulous 10 days holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bertrand's beautiful apartment to anyone looking for that little bit of heaven/luxury! 👌🏼

Beautiful apartment in Mijas Costa
First of all, the landlord Bertrand is very nice and helpful. Regardless of whether there were problems or just questions around Andalusia, Bertrand had a solution for everything. Now to the apartment. This looks exactly the same as in the photos. Everything was very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything on a new standard. TV programs from all over the world, internet, washing machine is everything there. The environment is beautiful, the area in the apartment is also nice. On the days we had excursions we were always to the pool of the area, this is also highly recommended. The beach is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. We did not like it so much. Since we had a rental car we were always about 15-20 minutes to Marbella. A secret tip is "LA PLAGE CASANIS". There you can rent for 12 € 2 couches and 1 umbrella. Here is the beach also much wider and more beautiful than the nearby the apartment. All in all a really very nice holiday in Andalucia. This apartment we can really only recommend to anyone, quite clear 5 STARS.

Denis and his wife were very friendly tenants. I believe they appreciated the apartment and its equipment, the garden, the view and the pool. "Better than an hotel". We could exchange on places to go to and to see in the region, and they visited many places.. In summary, very kind tenants I will likely welcome again personally in Marbella.
