On the 5th floor with elevator, from the living room you go into the large loggia for a lunch en plein air. The master bedroom has a capable wardrobe, there is a bathroom with hydromassage shower, laundry area, parquet and classy furnishings, car parking in the street, pet friendly, 2 TV facilities and air conditioning. The comfortable sofa bed accommodates two guests.

The apartment is in a recent building, very quiet, and the owner is a person with great experience in hospitality. Casa Bibi is located in a green area and well served, ideal for short or longer stays. You can comfortably stay in four people with your pet in tow. As soon as you enter the living room with open kitchen and access to the loggia. The living room becomes the second bedroom opening the sofa bed for two. The bathroom with window is comfortable and functional and equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower cabin with hydromassage and towel warmer.

The apartment is easily accessible by car, also because you can always park in the large free parking adjacent. Very near there is a park that develops along the ship, ideal for walks in the green or bike rides.

The spaces in the Bibi house have been optimized for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe closets for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and AC complete the offer.

Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment with loggia located on the 4th floor in a newly built residential area.
