We are so sorry about the smell of cigarettes but the neighboors are smokers and is possible sometimes the smell arrive at the door of this apartment. Gentile anonimo, ci spiace molto per il disagio che le può aver causato il malfunzionamento saltuario della caldaia, che regola anche il sistema di riscaldamento. Al momento della sua segnalazione abbiamo tempestivamente attivato la ditta preposta alla manutenzione delle caldaie, che purtroppo, essendo una società esterna, è intervenuta solo 12 ore dopo. Come comunicato in fase di check-in il ns. staff è sempre a disposizione per fornire supporto ai nostri ospiti, e durante l'intero arco della sua permanenza solamente in un occasione abbiamo ricevuto la vostra segnalazione a riguardo, ed il personale ha provveduto nel giro di pochi minuti, seppur temporaneamente, al ripristino del funzionamento della caldaia, illustrando la semplice procedura di rotazione della manopola che aziona manualmente l’accensione della stessa così da sopperire al blocco appena avvenuto. Non leggiamo nella vs. recensione del giorno aggiuntivo gratuito con cui siete stati omaggiati dalla direzione per poter sopperire, almeno in minima parte, al disagio che può essere scaturito. Riguardo al livello della pulizia non ottimale da lei segnalato (solamente in recensione e non durante i colloqui avvenuti in appartamento in cui realmente avrebbe potuto mostrarci dove a suo dire la pulizia non era conforme ad i nostri standard) non possiamo fare a meno di credere che sia dettato dal rammarico che la situazione ha causato in lei. In quanto a pulizia, come si può evincere dalla nostra web-reputation è da sempre nostro punto di forza ed orgoglio. Ci dispiace che non sia stato possibile effettuare il forte sconto da lei richiesto reiteratamente.

Salve Mauro, grazie per aver speso il suo tempo recensendo la ns. struttura. Confermiamo che la ns. azienda affitta appartamenti indipendenti ad uso esclusivo per brevi e medi periodi. Confermiamo che presso la ns. struttura, a 350 metri di distanza dal ns. edificio principale, gli ospiti possono usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del ns. capannone. Prendiamo atto che secondo i suoi canoni dopo soli 9 anni dalla costruzione un appartamento debba essere "assolutamente da ristrutturare" senza però indicare quali criticità crede di aver riscontrato.

Dear mr. Anonymous, sorry but we speak just italian & english, not korean and if the guests cannot speak in ours lenguages isn't possible communicate if you don't have a translator. We don't have any underground passage and really we don't understand what you mean. In any case, during your stay any time we passed at your apartment for check how was your stay, you never mentioned problems, for any question, information, problems during the stay, our guests have a phone number h24. regards

Caro anonimo, Come abbiamo dimostrato al check in la nostra struttura non dispone di asciugatrice, ma soltanto di lavatrice, ma lei non ha voluto ammettere di aver letto male, e di questo ci rammarichiamo. Solo una precisazione, il posto auto gratuito per i nostri ospiti si trova a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.
