Good location
Really good location, very close to central train station. The staff at breakfast are very friendly and nice. The room was outdated and outworn.

Daterat men bra
Med Nordiska ögon, ett trevligt men daterat hotell som låg bra till geografiskt då vi skulle ta tåget vidare från Milano Centrale tidigt på morgonen. Lite sisådär med städningen men inget graverande. Skulle klassa hotellet som ett 3-3,5 stjärnorshotell med nordiska mått.

Bristol är ett centralt hotell. Stort plus är att hotellet ligger nära alla kommunikationer och med kort väg till centrala Milano. Minus är mindre bra ljudisolering mot gatan. //Rolf

Mys långhelg
Hotel Bristol ligger direkt ett stenkast från centralstation. Mycket praktisk att ta sig till och från flygplatsen. Efter en dag på stan är det smidigt att ta tunnelbanan från stan till centralen så är inom några minuter på hotelet efter att man kommit till centralstationen. Hotelets personal var mycket trevliga och gästvänliga. Rekumenderar varmt hotelet.

Dåligt frukost
I fredag den 26 oktober jag har ringt till receptionen och fråga om jag kan låna vatten klockare han svara vi har inte ,sen jag bad honom om vatten varmt han sa kom och hämta själv.,den här dagen var jag sjuk. Jag blev chockat därför jag har aldrig sett ett hotell **** har dåligt service Nästa dag jag frågade annan receptionist om de har vatten kockare han sa ja plus om de bruckar hämta vatten till guest ?han svara ja Jag blev stum och ledsen på deras attityd rasist mot mig special Portman den här dagen fredag !!! Jag har inte betalat hotel för att leva så det är oacceptable deras beteende mot mig !! Jag är upprörd och ledsen !!

Pictures are accurate and the hotel is across the street from the train and bus terminal I took from the airport and to go to Venice. Shower was clogged when I arrived but they fixed it as soon as I mentioned the issue. Only issue was internet connection was not consistent, which can be frustrating.

Extremely old facility, hard beds, noisy, place, no Air conditioning, and the room looked dirty. Unless you are just sleeping in to catch a train in a few hours or the next day- avoid at all cost.

Staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful. The evening desk person, Ali, was really friendly and helpful. So was the day person. I just forgot to get his name. The breakfast was the best that we got since coming to Italy for 3 weeks. The waiters were super. The woman waitress remembered our coffee request after one day! The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Central train station which was very convenient since cab lines were really long some days. The neighborhood was so so but I never felt unsafe.

Easy hotel from Milan Central Station
With very wet weather in Milan, it was very easy to find the hotel and walk across the street from Milan Central. Very convenient location.

This lovely hotel is conveniently located across the street from Milano Centrale Train Station and in walkable distance to lovely restaurants, grocery, ATM’s, etc. The hotel staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. I can’t say enough about them. Breakfast is served from 7:00 -10:30 and offers an amazing variety of scrumptious choices, so no matter your food preference, you should be satisfied. Bed linens are changed and rooms cleaned daily by friendly staff who do a great job. I had a wonderful experience at the Bristol Hotel and would definitely return in the future.

Bom hotel. Estado de conservação bom. Tivemos problemas com a porta do quarto, que só fechava batendo a mesma. Um dia, a senhora da limpeza não fez assim, e a porta do quarto ficou aberta após a limpeza. Bom café da manhã. Atendimento dos funcionários: muito atenciosos. Localização: a 3 minutos a pé da estação Milano Centrale.

Suited us both perfectly as opposite Milan Central station and we used hotel as a base to explore . Staff were very welcoming and a good short stay . Bathroom was quite big only problem was bath itself did not give easy acces due to shower unit installed over half the bath . Loved the faded charm of the reception area . Good price .
