Gentile Daniele, ti ringraziamo per la tua recensione. E' possibile consultare molto facilmente le dimensioni delle nostre stanze prima della prenotazione. La camera singola da lei prenotata rappresenta la tipologia di stanza piu' economica che l'hotel offre, è un ottimo compromesso per ospiti senza troppe necessità. In alternativa consigliamo sempre la prenotazione di una camera matrimoniale: decisamente piu' grande e confortevole ma anche piu' costosa. A presto.

Gentile ospite, la ringraziamo per la sua recensione, siamo molto felici abbia apprezzato il suo soggiorno all'Hotel Perugino. Mi dispiace molto constatare che non abbia apprezzato il nostro staff, solitamente sempre molto professionale ed educato. Mi piacerebbe approfondire questo punto, per capire cosa non le sia piaciuto in particolare del servizio offerto, solitamente diamo sempre il massimo per far sentire i nostri ospiti come a casa. Gentile ospite, le camere singole come si puo' notare dalle foto sono camere basic, pensate per permettere a ospiti con budget un po piu' limitati di dormire in centro a Milano. Noi ai nostri ospiti piu' esigenti consigliamo sempre la prenotazione di una doppia uso singolo, sicuramente piu' grande e confortevole ma anche leggermente piu' costosa.

Siamo spiacenti nel constatare che non si sia trovata bene ,magari la prossima volta vada al circo dove al check in potrà trovare una scimmietta simpatica e dove forse potrà consumare la sua merendina comprata al supermarket non per strada come ha fatto qui !! trattamento sicuramente più economico che il prezzo della colazione in hotel forse questo può spiegare il suo giudizio non positivo nei confronti dell'hotel cordiali saluti

Hello, thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately the air conditioning could not be turned on due to the rules of the coronavirus for hotels in Italy. Now we are working to change the whole air system, and to be able to use it also with the covid standards. We hope to see you soon!

Good morning, we're sorry that you didn't appreciated your stay at hotel Perugino. In our parking cars up to 2 meters high can enter without any problem. And for the safebox, you should ask the safe lock with the key directly in reception as written in the information book in your room... Best regards, Riccardo.

Buongiorno, la ringraziamo per la sua recensione. Il parcheggio dell'hotel ha un costo totalmente in linea (se non piu' economico) dei prezzi della zona, purtroppo in centro a Milano parcheggiare l'auto è dispendioso. Inoltre per qualsiasi problema con la stanza, poteva semplicemente avvisare la nostra reception 24h. Cordiali saluti, Riccardo.

Buongiorno, siamo spiacenti che non abbia trovato il suo soggiorno molto confortevole come la maggior parte dei nostri clienti. La prossima volta se necessità di una stanza piu' spaziosa le consigliamo di prenotare una camera doppia ad uso singolo. Il set da bagno comprende: Shampo, bagno schiuma, sapone, cuffia per la doccia, ciabattine e su richiesta in reception si possono avere in maniera totalmente gratuita set da barba e spazzolino.
