IDs will be required for all guests staying in the apartment.
Italian law requires all guests to complete the check-in process with a valid ID.
Only registered guests will be allowed to stay. Guest data will be sent to the local police and a short-term lease agreement will be signed.

🚗 ZTL “Area C” Information
The apartment is located right at the edge of Milan's restricted traffic zone (ZTL) called “Area C.”
The front door is just 10 meters inside the zone.
🔸 If you’re arriving by car, it’s best to park 10 meters before the front door, outside the Area C boundary.
⚠️ Important:
Area C is NOT active after 7:00 PM – entry is free after that time.
Area C is not active on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
If a car enters after 7:00 PM or on the weekend, it can exit the zone during the week without any charge (you only pay to enter, not to leave).
