Great location, really nice interior howrver the AC was not great so it was hard to sleep in the warm room during the night.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, fina rum, helt ok frukostbuffe, rent fräscht, däremot är omgivningen runt centralstationen inte så trevligt, bra kommunikationer

Vid centralstationen.
Central vid stationen dit flygbussarna kommer. Dock en bit från centrala Milano. Har bott här 15-20 gånger och alltid tyckt om det. Ger en Milano känsla.

Fräscht rum. Dock hade vi problem med spolning. När man duschade var det oundvikligt att vatten rann ner till golvet och skapade stor pöl. Frukosten va helt OK, inget märkvärdigt, väldigt simpelt.

Ett mycket trevligt och fräscht hotell intill järnvägsstationen. Kanske inte den trevligaste omgivningen men järnvägsstationen har stått för en remarkabel upprustning på senare år och framförallt närheten till stationen och flygbussarna är ett stort plus. Lagom storlek på hotell och en fin inredning. Härlig Milanokänsla. Kan absolut rekommendera detta.

Väldigt centralt beläget hotell med utmärkta rum
Var på mc-mässa och bodde på Star Hotel Anderson som är centralt beläget och med bra närhet till kommunala kommunikations möjligheter både till och från flygplatserna som ligger utanför city samt både bussar, spårvagn,tåg och metron. Detta hotell och läge kan jag varmt rekommendera

Vid centralstationen.
Anderson ligger bra till när du kommer med flygbuss från Bergamo eller Malpensa. Området kring stationen kanske inte är det trevligast men kompenseras väl av ett bra hotell. Bra och vänlig personal.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and am always pleased with my experience. The only small suggestion I have, would be a small Nespresso machine in the room... they are becoming common in hotels and it would be great if StarHotels would do this. Even without, however, I will stay again.

Air conditioner was on, not controlled by the season. Bathroom was great, the table and long table was great. Room was spacious but no electrical outlets by the nightstands or nearby. Overall the hotel was excellent choice.

My husband and I chose this hotel since it was so close to the train station and we were going to be doing day trips all over Italy. We were told multiple times by our taxi/uber driver that the area is not so safe since it's close to the train station. The room was spacious, it was super outdated though. It was clean and the staff was super helpful and kind. They helped us grab a taxi on our way home! Probably would not stay here again but if you're doing day trips in Italy, highly recommend!

施設は綺麗でスタッフの方の対応も問題ありません。 中央駅に近いというのも大変便利でした。 強いて挙げれば、入り口からレセプションへ向かう際、階段を通らねばならず大きなスーツケースがある時は辛いものがあります。 チェックアウト後はスタッフの方が手伝ってくれて問題ありませんでした。

ミラノ中央駅からすぐなので 夜到着でも安心でした。 ホテルはキレイで、お部屋にスリッパやバスローブもありました。 朝食は7時からなのに5分くらい遅れてました。そして品数も出揃っておらず。 唯一のマイナスはそれくらいですが、とにかく便利で良かったです。

Great location, great service, nice refurbishment. However, the room I live has been quite noisy, and I cannot even find out the source of the noise. I assume it is related to some faulty machinery inside the property. The noise is like “tick tick tick…”, and has been there all night. If you are sensitive to noise, it would be difficult to sleep. Other than that, it is what you expect for an ordinary 4-star hotel.

Great stay in Milan. Strategic location aside Gran Central Station: not the most beautiful neighbourhood, though well connected and with many spots within walking distance (corso buenos aires, porta venezia..). Staff is simply great: professional, friendly. Modern room furniture, above average room size, pillow menu and complimentary welcome water are very appreciated. The hotel features also a gym, unfortunately without a sauna. Despite the recent management change, the breakfast has improved but is still average. The room is small though, you may have to wait at peak time on weekends.
