Från topphotel till lågbudget hotel
På jobbresa i Milano, blev ombokad till E.C.H.O har bott på detta hotell tidigare och frukosten brukar vara helt fantastisk, nu var den katastrof😱De serverade en knappt ljummen scrambled egg och allt annat var -, som ett lågbudget hotel.

Ljudligt och lyhört hotellrum på bakgata
Vi fick ett rum där det var ett brummande ljud konstant. Det hördes inte på dagen när staden var vaken, men när vi väl hade krupit ner i sängen och allt var tyst så var det väldigt ihärdigt. Vi satte på lugn musik för att fokusera på något annat. Sedan var det sophämtning eller liknande på morgonen som började kl5 då det lät som de släpade metalltunnor på asfalten. Det höll på i ca 40min och jag trodde allt var ett skämt. När vi sade till på morgonen frågade de förstås om vi hade ringt och bett de undersöka saken, men vem orkar det när man är sömnig? Vi fick bara handdukar för en person vilket vi upptäckte på morgonen. I övrigt var hotellet fräscht men låg på en bakgata. Däremot nära en större gata med en del shopping och restauranger och avståndet till domen var väldigt överkomligt. Gymmet var fräscht men trångt. Fanns hantlar, en multi-maskin och konditionsmaskiner samt bastu. Hade det inte varit för ljudet och det sjabbiga kvarteret så var det ett trevligt hotell.

Bra läge på hotellet. Ok men små rum men fungerade bra. Sköna sängar. Väldigt trist frukost, vi valde att äta ute en morgon då det inte var värt att äta på hotellet. Spa/gym mkt litet.

Långhelg
Rummet var betydligt mycket mindre än på bilderna. Det var snarare ett enkelrum med dubbelsäng än ett rum avsett för två personer. Det fanns bara upplagt handdukar och morgonrock för en person, vilket de dock fixade fram snabbt när vi fråga i receptionen. Annars låg hotellet mycket bra och frukosten var bra.

Starhotels Ritz guest service...
Everything was perfect except for the guest service from the receptionist. Several times I asked for help and directions around Milano, but every time they just nodded at their shoulders and said ”just go to central station”. I told them it was confusing finding my way around there, but they had no interest in helping me. Have never experienced this from hotel receptionist before. The only person who was helpful was the night guard/receptionist when we checked out at 4 in the morning. Overall very nice stay but the guest service really ruined my experience.

Super bra!
Väldigt nöjd med hotellet! Fina rum med otroligt skön säng och bra kuddar, bra frukost och bra läge. Tar cirka 20 minuter att gå in till duomo, 10 minuter till centralstationen och 2 minuter till shoppinggatan Buenos Aires! Vi kommer definitivt komma tillbaka hit om vi åker till Milano igen!

Hotellet har jättebra läge, en lagom promenad till centrum för de som gillar att gå eller ta tunnelbanan som finns runt hörnet. Området kring hotellet har mycket att erbjuda både vad det gäller shopping och prisvärda restauranger med god mat.

Mycket bra område att bo i. Nära till tunnelbana, affärer och restauranger. Rummen är fräscha men väldigt, väldigt lyhört. Man hörde allt från samtal till spolningar från badrum från de andra rummen. Helt ok frukost.

Otroligt prisvärt!
Strålande läge vid shoppinggatan "Corso Bueno Aires" närs till metrostationerna "Lima" och "Porta Venezia". Ungefär 20 minuters trevlig promenad till Doumo DI Milano. Läget går inte att klaga på. Frukosten var helt okej och personalen trevlig. Rummet mycket rent och fräscht med väl fungerande AC. Kommer tveklöst att överväga detta hotell igen vid mitt nästa besök i Milano!
