Cooperstown Double Play Lodge 5-BRs House Near HOF

The Lodge Combo is a large modern house consisting of two separate units (Lodge Units A and B) combined as a 5-bedroom 3-bathroom rental that sleeps 14. Your group will have the luxury of two full kitchens with dishwashers, multiple living and dining rooms, and space galore on both levels.

It overlooks Double Play Cabins - 5 minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. This is one of multiple dwellings on the property. Nestled among 12 acres of grassy fields and evergreen trees, the cabins and houses are ideal for guests who love the outdoors and serene nature.

At The Lodge, partake in panoramic views from the upper level deck and lower level patio that span the entire length of The Lodge. Look eastward for sunrises and gaze at the southern Mohawk Valley hills to the south. Both the deck and patio have outdoor tables and chairs, making them ideal for gatherings. Cook outside on two gas grills (one on each level). Have fun on the large playing field, on the swings and at the basketball hoop, and fire pits shared by all guests at Double Play Cabins.

Both levels' kitchens are equipped with modern appliances including dishwashers. Sets of washing machines and dryers are in the laundry area of each level. The Lodge has air conditioning and central heating throughout.

Upstairs Level (3-BRs / 2-Baths Lodge - Unit A):
This level features wood and stone accents, a huge kitchen, a front porch and sliding glass doors to access the deck. There is also a Family Room area with TV next to the kitchen. The Master BR is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV.

Downstairs Level (2-BRs / 1 Bath Lodge - Unit B):
Modern with antique and country touches, this level features tile floors throughout, high ceilings, and sliding glass doors looking out over the lush lawn and the nearby hills. Bedroom 1 is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. A day bed with trundle in the Living Room is extra accommodation for 2 small persons. Tile and a claw foot tub adorn the bathroom.


Your hosts are generally onsite in a separate dwelling on the property, and readily available to answer questions and assist you during your stay.

The property is only 3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown where the National Baseball Hall of Fame is located.

A car is absolutely necessary for visiting the Cooperstown area.
