In this 450 sq ft tiny home, you will find the perfect spot for either one person or a couple looking to lay your head while enjoying what the area has to offer. Come stay for a night, or a month! Being fully furnished with tons of extras, you’re sure to have a peaceful and relaxing stay!

Newly installed heat pump to keep you warm during those cold winter nights, or cool during the hot summer days. (Make sure to point the remote at the heat pump to change settings and temperature!)

Being only 10 minutes from UMaine, this is the perfect landing spot for parents that are visiting their college kiddos!

20 minutes to Bangor where there are several places to shop such as Target, Walmart, LL Bean outlet, Kohls, Old Navy, and the Bangor Mall.

Bowling 5 mins from the home!

Numerous restaurants in the area!!

Walk along the Penobscot River and have dinner at Peppers Landing (ask for our friend Myah, she is the sweetest!), or stop by Kanu for dinner in an outdoor igloo for fantastic views of downtown Old Town. Main Street Grill has karaoke, wings, beer on tap, and fantastic staff! Looking for pizza? Head over to Pat's Pizza in Orono and ask for a personal pan pepperoni and a Pat’s root beer, you can thank me later!😉

Guests will have access to the entire tiny home with parking for two.

The big driveway is shared with the house above. To make sure there is room for everyone, please park on the lower end of the large driveway next to the tiny home. There is a paved walk way leading from the driveway to the small platform deck, this will be on the right of the tiny home. If you have two cars, please park one in front of the other in the lower driveway only. NOT on the grass!

**This is a guest house, the only part of the property that is shared is the driveway and a portion of the yard. Guests do not have access to the garage, main house, or the backyard.**

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There aren't too many neighbors due to being located off the main road which is convienient for those who like their privacy. There is a home that shares the same driveway, but the house sits farther back on the property so you will have your own space. No guest access to the river or the garage.

*This is NOT a pet friendly property*

There is a dog in the main house that is NOT friendly to other dogs. She will bark profusely if she sees one in her yard and it can be quite frustrating for not only the owners, but the guests as well.
