âStaff was lovely! Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom quite clean. Also pleased with in room fridge and microwave size.
Room had small compromises like one of four lamps not working. Or light bulbs not matching. Towels minimal, but during a weekend when site was fully booked for event. â
âAmazing and nice place, the lady that helped me was amazing but i cannot remember her name!! just know the service was great and i definitely recommend.â
âWe stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor.
Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. â
âWas very nice just few things, dresser drawer was broken, and bed was not very comfortable. Id give it a 6 out of 10 . Room we srayed in we heard noise quite a bit and airconditioner was loudâ

âNeeded to stay near work while my car is in the shop. Comfy, and when the guy who checked me in found out I worked midnights, he pointed out the original room I booked didn't have a fridge or microwave, changed it for mw for a the difference int room types ($30 total for 3 nights, not a bad trade off!) and moved my room to the quietest corner of the hotel for me, so I could get the best chance at undisturbed rest. âVery quiet and picturesque area. The property was well maintained and updated. Very comfortable bed and linens. My only issue was during check in the staff member looked annoyed I was there and continued their phone call while I was providing ID etc. Complimentary breakfast was a very nice addition with coffee, tea and juice but the cereal milk was souring unfortunately. I would recommend this stay to anyone passing through the area, it was a refuge on the road.â
âThe hotel is next a shopping area and there were some nice restaurants close by (especially a Japanese/Korean one). The hotel was what I expected, nothing special but was conveniently located for me. Friendly staff.â
