âThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance.
It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request.
Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful.

âA comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.â
âFantastic stay in a super cozy and friendly hotel. Great food and super service. Children are very welcomed with dvdfilms, ping pong and computergame room, and a teddybear to welcome on the bed. Skiarea is in Walking distance.â

"Newly built hotel with a few things to sort out to become great. Room was big and nice, bed comfortable, but balconies were lacking furniture so we couldn't really use them. When I asked about it in the reception, they said they didn't have enough balcony furniture for all rooms. Great breakfast. Part of why we booked the hotel was for the beautiful outdoor pool - However, when we got there, a pool guard told us kids were not allowed there, so we had to go to the inside pool. This age limit is not written on the homepage, not in the hotel's own information in the room. Parking in the garage was quite expensive, and due to all AC outlets being placed there it was also unbearably hot at all times. Though we stayed three nights, nobody came to clean our room (should be done every two days, according to hotel's own communication)."
