The home is one of the oldest structures nestled in Millbrook, AL. Millbrook is a quaint little town with a lot of historical significance. Situated between the bigger cities of Prattville and Wetumpka, the town is easily accessible with all modes of transport.

It is located just off Hwy 14 and sits approximately 15 minutes north of Montgomery.

The main house, boasting over 3500 sq ft, provides ample space for everyone to spread out comfortably. With 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to find their own private oasis. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a long day of exploring.

The kitchen and bathrooms in the main house feature luxurious granite counters and stainless steel appliances, blending modern convenience with historic charm. Prepare delicious meals for your group in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather around the large dining room table that can comfortably seat 12 guests. Driving or getting an Uber is the best way of experiencing the picturesque area. As you already know, there's plenty of parking available on the property as well.

We're excited to host you. Before confirming your booking, please note that all guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

★ HISTORIC HOME & TEMPERATURE NOTICE ★
During periods of extreme temperatures, please keep in mind that the house was built in the 1830s. While it does have central heating and air, we kindly ask for your understanding that indoor temperatures may be slightly uncomfortable at times due to the home’s historic construction.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY ★
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Please leash pets and clean up after them when outdoors to be mindful of other guests.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES / EVENTS ★
We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests. Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

★ EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS ★
Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated at $20 per hour (one-hour minimum). Please reach out as soon as possible for availability.

★ SELF CHECK-IN ★
Guests will check in using a smart lock.

★ POOL ★
The pool is seasonal and may be closed at certain times of the year. It is fenced and located in the backyard. Pool access is only guaranteed June–September due to water temperatures. The pool is 4 feet deep throughout—no diving permitted. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times.
