Unforgettable weekend

Took some buddies for a fishing weekend and we were super impressed! Very clean and spacious in a perfect location on the lake! I could not have asked for a better place! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future

Nice house

Nice house. Well kept. Easy access to the lake and a nice dock to fish off of. There was a kayak and stand up paddle board too which was an added bonus for the older kids. Enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs and enjoying the view and quiet.

Outstanding spring break

We throughly enjoyed our week on the lake. The house was better than advertised, and perfect for our 2 families. We really liked the fire pit and siting and fishing off the brand new dock. There was plenty of space for the kids to hang out and let the adults enjoy some quiet time. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was super clean. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway for relaxation

Our family of four took a four day trip to relax and rejuvenate from a busy summer of extended family events. We used this time to decompress and reconnect with each other. Things were absolutely perfect. The entire home was well stocked and the views were remarkable. This is a place we will likely visit again.

Yearly Sinclair Vacay

The house was great with easy access to the boat dock. The paddle boards and kayaks were a welcomed addition. We stayed on the same cove last year and boat access was difficult so we really enjoyed the easy walk to the dock. The house was clean, plenty of room, and the porch was amazing. If you drive a two wheel drive the driveway could be a little difficult getting out of. Overall, we loved it.

Overall nice, grounds could use some work,walkways needed weedeating ,after the rain the grass made it even slicker . Had adult and child fall on rock path and I almost fell on entrance porch where there was pollen accumulation ,it was raining and it was slick. Also let visors know how far it is to Walmart .

Beautiful home equipped with everything needed.We had a problem with the Air..but the owner went far and beyond everything he could possibly do to resolve the problem and he did.Finding an Air Technician on a Sat. Is not an easy task,but he did.Would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Graduation

We rented this house because it was on Lake Sinclair, had the Bed & Bathrooms we needed and was only 30 minutes away from GCSU.While we did run into two minor issues, these were not within the Owners control and he was very responsive when I reached out and alerted him.The house was great! We had plenty of space for the small gathering we had celebrating my son's graduation. House was well furnished and maintained. Since it rained the entire time we were there, we didn't get to enjoy the lake but the Rec Room downstairs gave us an outlet.
