“The Geneva Wells Inn was convenient to downtown Lake Geneva. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. There was plenty of parking. There is no breakfast but wi-fi is available and TV options were good.”

“The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”

“We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it. Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful. The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ...

“We loved our stay at Bella Vista! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake and wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. My only very small complaint is that there was a gap on the bottom of the front door to our suite which created noise pollution from the hallway. ”

“Is is improving. I am staying in a nicer grade of room. The location is better than an other hotel I tried on the far side of the lake. Heavy trash around the hotel was cleaned up. Internet slightly improved. They do need to use diffrent channels on the WI fi broadcasts. Right now they are all in a center channel and are competing against each other. I would stay there again.”
