“Room was clean staff was friendly got tubs too jets weren't working but the lower ones were and it was actually hot as some places I have stayed there got tubs had no temp they were cold”

“I booked this hotel for a weekend stay with a friend coming into town, but I ended up checking out within an hour of checking in, and going to another hotel in town. The hotel is run down and need of a major renovation. It could be clean, but you can't tell due to the scuffs and stains everywhere, and the very dated furniture, bathrooms, and electronics. “Nothing special as l and not worth the EXTRA $75 they charged me once I got there. No warning about that little gem of a gotcha charge. A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment!”

“The only thing that was unpleasant was the walls being so thin. I could hear the next rooms TV, conversations and even their cell phone vibrations as if they were in the same room with me. Everything else(staff, room,amenities etc) was wonderful”

“This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...

“We were really disappointed that for a Marriott there was no coffee or breakfast included. This is a benefit in every other hotel and of lesser value, so, that was disappointing.”
