“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”

“The staff at this hotel was excellent and very hospitable and was the highlight of my experience staying there. They offered complimentary water bottles at check in and had a message on the TV to welcome us when we got to our room. They were attentive and very nice throughout our stay. The room furniture was really nice looking. The desk proved to be the perfect table for my 2 year old to use her coloring books. “Check in was easy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint would be is that they don’t have enough staffing. We had a small roll of toilet paper in our room when we checked in. Asked the front desk for more. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also their snack store was not staffed. Had to purchase through the front desk. Nobody there to help. Other than that…nice and comfortable hotel. ”

“It was a night without sleep. Located directly next to the highway, you can hear the traffic constantly. In addition to that, poor insulation between the rooms. So the couple who lived next door felt like they were making love in our room. Had to knock several times on the plasterboards that are between the rooms, to make them stop. It was so emberesing. On the sheets was stains, poorly cleaned room, dead mosquitoes and a fly by the window. The staff was nice. ”

“The property is well kept. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had to change our room on the first night due to the TV going out. Was able to move right next door, which made it very convenient. We forgot about the indoor pool (and found it was heated), so didn't get a chance to take advantage of that added perk.
