“This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who seemed to take a personal interest in all their guests. It was a pleasure to stay there and our room was beautifully comfortable and spacious. The only drawback was the long climb from the town centre if walking! ”

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel and really couldn’t fault it all. The staff were lovely, warm, friendly, very kind & obliging, the room had all the facilities you needed, was very clean, quiet and had fabulous views. The food in the restaurant was very good & offered a nice selection. The continental breakfast was perfect (muesli, granola, mixed berries, yoghurt etc - all my favourite things) & they even provided oatmilk. Above all that it was exceptional value, so we’ll definitely come again...

"Otroligt centralt hotel mitt i Sheffields stadskärna. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Mycket fint och tyst hotellrum, finns ingenting att klaga på. Toppen betyg på detta hotell. Kommer definitivt välja detta hotell igen om jag behöver bo på hotell när jag är i Sheffield och hälsar på familj. "
"The location was great and the staff tried hard, however, everything else was only just okay. The door lock system does not work well with you having to replace the keys frequently. Also, all the public areas are too small. The worst was getting into the breakfast room there were queues and some days impossible to get in."
