Located just minutes from the shore, guests can enjoy a seamless vacation with the convenience of a seasonal beach shuttle.

Floor-by-Floor Description

Main Level Features
The main level is designed for relaxation, featuring an open living area with a large sectional sofa and a dedicated work desk for productivity. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a Keurig and blender for your morning routine. Step outside to the inviting patio space featuring a gas grill and additional seating for al fresco dining. Adult and children's bikes are available for guest use during your stay (at guest's own risk).

Second Floor
This level houses the sleeping quarters, including the Primary Suite which features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a Full bed and a Twin bed, and another featuring two bunk beds. A full guest bathroom serves these additional rooms.

LINEN PACKAGE

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.


STARTER KIT

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.


MISCELLANEOUS

-The maximum occupancy is 9 people.

-There is parking for 2 vehicles.

-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX

Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
