A grilling area, crab shack, dock access, and clubhouse are also available in the neighborhood.

Inside, discover a spacious main living room, adorned with soft seating, a large TV, and a fireplace. The adjacent full kitchen is any chef's dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Dine as a family at the formal dining table before heading to the office where remote work can get done with ease.

In each of the five bedrooms, you will find ample sprawling space, tasteful decorations, and plush bedding, so rest assured that when room selection time arises - everyone will be content and comfortable. An additional living room makes it easy for the kids to have their own space for movie nights or Sunday morning cartoons. They will also love having access to an Xbox gaming console, complete with games. And for your complete convenience, appreciate having access to central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
