“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

“ Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!”

Breakfast was a definite plus with different hot foods each day of our stay and multiple other breakfast choices including waffles, oatmeal with add-ins, fresh fruit, etc. Staff was very courteous and really liked that there was a private shuttle going to/from Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. ”

“The staff at Quality Inn & Suites Mayo Clinic Area were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We had to extend our stay twice and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious (a suite) with a couch, recliner, and two twin beds. There was also a small kitchenette. The free shuttle from the hotel to the Mayo Clinic was a great bonus. ”

“Very nice place to stay, stayed for a visit to Mayo Clinic, it is hooked up to the subway tunnels to Mayo and had plenty of parking. Left my vehicle there while I had my appointments. Friendly staff and clean spacious room. Very nice. ”
