The fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your holiday needs and includes stovetops, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses, allowing guests to prepare everything from light breakfasts to relaxed evening meals. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, body soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer for added convenience. One of the property's highlights is the private patio with outdoor seating, where guests can unwind while enjoying uninterrupted sea views and the calming sound of the waves just across the road. Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
