We checked in and it looked different than how it was portrayed online; we found two bugs in the bed and what looked like a bodily fluid stain on the bed. We checked back out 10 minutes later. The property appears rundown and I would not recommend staying at this Hotel.

It was pretty cheap and everybody was super nice and the facility was clean and I didn’t have any issues. For the price, it was a great deal!

Honestly it is great for anyone staying with a pet. We just needed a hotel for the night petless and the room we had was exposed to a lot of noise throughout the night. Staff was great and it was all in all a good place.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall had a nice stay, was relatively quiet even being close to the elevator and ice machine. There was a VERY strong odor of chemical, like a strong cleaner or spray of some kind for the first 24 hours of the stay in the room. The room could use some maintenance, lots of stains on the ceiling, floors, baseboards.

I made the reservation thru Expedia, but was absolutely unable to reach this location on the phone to ask a question. I finally called Red Roof main reservation number, they couldn't reach them either. That aside, this motel is right next to the interstate, so while very convenient, it was a little noisy. The check-in was easy and fast. The clerk was friendly. Our room had a walk in shower which my hubby required. The towels were decent, toilitries were provided. The internet worked, but was slow. The room needed minor TLC, but was clean. We did see some ants in the bathroom during the night, but better them than roaches! They do offer a breakfast, but we brought our own, so can't speak to that. The pool was quiet and clean. We enjoyed the Waffle house next door...it was welcomed after a long day in bumper to bumper traffic. The bed in my opinion was too hard, but my husband liked it. The bedding was clean. All in all the room was decent and we got a good rate. So we would recommend this location.

It was very clean..however everything is kind of dated..the mattress is horrible soft and not very comfortable. The free breakfast...there are only 2 table and a counter with 3 to 4 chairs...the pastry taste old and dry..but since there is hardly a place to sit you will probably bypass that

Quality has greatly decreased over the past few years! Will not stay here again. Smelled like dog as soon as you walked in. Staff was not at desk and waited 15 minutes. Roach and ants in the room!

Great for the price, no issues
My family has stayed at this location twice now and have no complaints. For the price, it is a good place to stay! I read reviews that complained about no daily room cleaning or having to ask for towels at the front desk— all of our interactions with the staff and the front desk were great. Switching dirty for clean towels was fast and never a hassle. We were treated with care. My son left his Nintendo switch in the room and I received a call from the hotel a few hours later saying they found it — i was very impressed with their quick notification! I have seen some reviews mention bugs- I did see 1 bug crawling across the floor during our week long stay, but we took care of it and never saw more (I heard this is common in the south anyway so no big deal for us.)

Not our best choice.
There was a horrible smell as soon as you got off the elevator and in the room. It smelled like mildew or something. Like the carpet had been wet previously. Then I guess one of the guest had been smoking on the floor so someone from door stairs came beating on our door at one something in the morning to do a sniff test to check the rooms, which people were already nervous because of the approaching storm. That’s the only way we ended up here. Nothing like advertised.
