    Bedroom 3 - 1x Double or 2x Single w/ ensuite.



    Bathroom - Fully equipped with bath with shower above.



    Kitchen / Dining Area - There is a modern kitchen that provides everything you need including a dining table and seating for up to 6 people.



    Lounge - With two nice comfy sofas providing a comfortable area to relax and watch the large TV.



    Outdoor garden / patio space.



    Guest Access:

    We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.



    You will have access to the whole property.

    We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. We can be reached via AirBnB or by email & phone. Our telephone lines are open between 8am - 12am, 7 days a week.

    *This property is not suitable for parties!



    *This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and any related charges will be passed onto you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm the quiet times are to be respected.



    *We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties and we will charge you for the cost of specialist cleaning to resolve.



    *Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.



    *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.



    *We require completion of our reservation form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a government-issued photo ID.



    *The minimum age required to book this property is 21. We will cancel all reservations without refund if verification steps are not completed or the age requirement is not met.



    SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER:

    We require either a refundable security deposit of £250.00, OR a non-refundable damage waiver of £50.00.



    PET POLICY:

    Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

I stayed here for a month with my wife and three kids. It was a horrible experience, and I will never rent from this company again.Filthy on Arrival. The place had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly. A foul stench on the first floor that permeated all fabrics and soft surfaces never went away despite our own deep cleaning. Pots and dishes had visible residue. The cabinet reeked of garlic. The cooktop and range hood were caked in grease, and the water kettle was too disgusting to use. The dishwasher had rusted racks and a broken door that would crash to the floor once it was opened past 45 degrees—my wife discovered this when it fell on her toes. I reported all of this with photos; the host sent empty apologies and did nothing.Misleading Photos. The listing photos were severely misleading as to the actual condition of the property. I have my own photos proving the actual condition.Inhospitable Hosts. Every complaint was met with a canned apology and zero action. During a heat wave in Milton Keynes, we asked for a fan or two to be provided to the property—a 50 investment (I know because I ended up buying two fans myself) that would serve future guests for years. The hosts refused, suggesting we “open windows.” In all my experience with vacation rentals, I have never encountered hosts so indifferent to their guests’ basic comfort as to refuse such a reasonable request.
