“Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.”

“Everything here was 4/10 except the beds are horrible and they are not cyclist friendly. If you are out here traveling by bike this is not the place to stay. They refuse to let me bring our clean bikes to the room, even if it's a old motel with it's own outside door. They instead told us to put our bikes in a shed next to the road with a big glass sliding door for everyone to see what's in there. When I asked if they take responsibility if I woke up next morning and my $6k bike is gone and they...

“We had a wonderful stay at Pines Motel in Cottage #6. It was exactly what we were looking for and made a great home base for exploring PEI. “Front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast just ok. Fridge broken and leaked water over kitchen floor. Toilet barely flushed, and then plugged. The sitting area in the room is lovely but the ensuite bathroom is not a 5-star bathroom. It's dated and the towel hanger on the wall is coming loose. The ensuite closet is also dated. “This hotel is located right beside local college and is ran like a college dormitory building. There’s no room service, all are Self Serve, e.g, to bring the used linens to front desk for exchange new linens, no room cleaning service at all, a bit wired for hotel service when considering the price they charged per night, feel like tenants/landlord relationship. They use some college students working there, not much hospitality mentality and limited effort on the job. It’s our first time visit...
