So the hotel itself was "Ok" however the general Manager Vee, is absolutely useless. We had a horrible, scary situation of a very large man trying to body slam our door and break into our room. When he couldn't get into our room he tried the room next to us. We ended up putting a table and chairs in front of door to sleep scared he would try again. strange part about this whole thing is that morning we got a phone call to our room asking if this was an auto repair shop. I said no, they hung up. later when I went past the front desk i asked if calls can come directly to a guests rom and I was told no, all calls are screened and then transferred to a guest room but only if the guest gives permission. So how did this call get thru? Is there something going on in this hotel where there is someone on the inside checking if guests are in the room so this way the rooms get broken into. Just a thought but seems very funny. Unfortunately we were the perfect target. Myself (elderly) my daughter and my 2 grandsons. I could not wait to get out of that hotel and be safe. I did make front desk (Mireya) aware of the situation on checkout and said she would pass the info on to the general manager and they would give me a call. Of course she never called. I called the hotel since then twice and confirmed she was in and she still would not answer or return any of my calls. I did reach out to the corporate office to report her and the situation. Avoid this hotel.....not safe!!!!!
