“Very nice hotel, the room was super. The breakfast was a little bit limited. But I would absolutely stay there again if I ever visited Great Falls again.”

“This was a newer hotel with clean, spacious rooms and modern decor. My family of four stayed in a 2 queen suite with sofa bed and river view balcony. It was a great area except for the train that runs behind the hotel every 2-4 hours. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“The property was clean but there’sa couple things I wish were explained before booking. So the hotel is and “energy efficient hotel, and good for yall… but this takes a ton of the customers control over the environment. Away in the room… for instance you can’t have the bedroom and living room Ac on at the same time, the units just turn off when there hasn’t been movement in the room, the room gets hot when sleeping, also if hey missed a few things like putting the black out blind “stays” on all...

“It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all”

“Just a great place to stay”

“Property was very clean and the breakfast was good just wanted a piece of toast. The night lady did not make us feel welcomed when we walked in and when we asked her where to go to eat she only told us one place. But all and we would stay there again.”

“nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!”

“Nice people working at the desk. Really liked the way they send you text messages asking if the room is acceptable. Did not care that room sink has no drain stop - when I asked maintenance he replied “it's a drain” it would be not to worry a out dropping things down the drain.”

“Parking is limited for big vehicles with cargo carriers on roof racks.”

“The hotel is very tired and in need of an updating, dirty stained carpets, ripped carpets. Smelled terrible like an old bar from cigarette smoke. Would not recommend staying here. Just old, smelly and dirty.”

“The hotel and room itself was decent. I do believe our room may not have fully been cleaned prior to our stay. We checked in very late at night and when we went to shower there was only one towel in a room that slept four and the shower had a used bar of soap and the wrapper wedged in the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. If it hadn’t been after 1:00am we likely would have called down but at the point it was realized it was too late.”

“Stayed at this Holiday inn a few times. Good stay overall, They had some coordination issues with the breakfast that I purchased through Expedia and Holiday Inn could not find. Holiday Inn resolved this problem to my satisfaction.”

“Went thru 3 rooms before we settled. Apparently they only have one housekeeper for the entire property. Untenable workload.”

“Room is little old, some switches not working properly. But staff are super nice and helpful. and the surrounding is quite and nice.”
