The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. ”

“Jättebra hotell med fint poolområde och bra restaurang. Stort fint familjerum. Hade bokat som övernattningshotell på bilresa i Europa men hade absolut kunnat stanna här flera dagar. Fint område med mycket att göra. Överträffade förväntningarna med råge. Toppen helt enkelt.”

“Sevenum ligger nära otroligt många upplevelser för både stora och små. Vi är supernöjda med Gr8 hotels koncept. Det är modernt, fräscht och väldigt trevligt. Frukosten är kanon, speciellt pannkakorna! Att ha en restaurangkedjan som La Place vägg i vägg är toppen för trötta resenärer, bra mat på kort tid till ett bra pris. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta hotell, mycket prisvärt och garanterat en god natts sömn.”

“Short trip to Venlo, easy access from Düsseldorf airport. The hotel is located in the centre of Venlo with walking distance to everything. Nice cosy, friendly place. Only downside is its hard to find parking.”

“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Check in was cumbersome due to sudden heavy rain showers. Room in the new building was a complete flat, nice. But the cleaning of the room was in question. We found a tissue in the bed and paper on the floor.... The shower cream container in the shower was empty! The table cloth had chocolate traces from previous use. The breakfast served in the room was nice with lots of selections. Owner greeted us very friendly on check in.”
